01. Cancellation Windows At Sunnah Treks, we understand that plans can change. Our refund schedule is based on how much notice is provided before the trek departure:

• 30+ Days Notice: 100% refund of the trip price (minus a small administrative processing fee).

• 15–29 Days Notice: 50% refund of the total trip price.

• Less than 14 Days Notice: Non-refundable. At this stage, permits, logistics, and accommodations have already been secured.

02. Non-Refundable Items Certain costs such as international flight bookings, visa fees, or specialized gear rentals handled through third parties are non-refundable once processed.

03. Trip Cancellations by Us In the rare event that Sunnah Treks must cancel a trip due to safety concerns, extreme weather, or local restrictions, you will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future trek.

04. Process Time Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
