2. Halal Travel & Conduct

Sunnah Treks is dedicated to providing unique experiences exploring the wonders of Allah in a halal manner. To maintain this environment, all participants agree to:

• Respect designated prayer times and religious activities.

• Adhere to a 100% alcohol and prohibited substance-free policy during the entire duration of the trip.

• Observe modest dress and respectful behavior toward local communities and fellow trekkers.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Confirmation: A booking is only secured once a deposit or full payment has been processed and confirmed via email.

• Accuracy: You must ensure all personal details provided (including fitness levels and health disclosures) are accurate at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our standard cancellation schedule is as follows:

• 30+ days before departure: Refundable (minus an administrative processing fee).

• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Less than 14 days before departure: Non-refundable due to pre-arranged logistics and bookings.

5. Physical Risk & Liability

Trekking involves inherent physical risks and exposure to nature.

• Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the specific grade of trek they have joined.

• Liability: Sunnah Treks and its guides are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of property, though we prioritize the highest safety standards for every group.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All media, including photos, videos, and branding (logo and website design), are the property of Sunnah Treks.If you share photos from our treks, we encourage tagging @sunnah_treks, but commercial use of our content without permission is prohibited.

7. Changes to Itinerary

Nature is unpredictable. Sunnah Treks reserves the right to modify trekking routes or schedules due to weather, safety concerns, or local government restrictions to ensure the well-being of the community.
